Learners Become Explorers
in a Sales Orientation Course
in a Sales Orientation Course
Project 7
Problem:
Our global retailing client had a disparate collection of orientation
topics and wanted a way to offer them up in a non-linear format.
Solution:
We created an open-explore course that used the image of a futuristic
city as the home page. Learners could visit different buildings in the
city. For example, learners could select “The Museum” for company
history, “The Showroom” for the company’s product information, and
“The Library” for employee resources.
Uniquely PBD:
New employees get a positive first impression of the company: one
that offers innovative learning that aligns with adult learning principles
and gives the learner some control over their experience.
