Project 3
Problem:
A luxury brand was looking for ways to bring sales scenario role-playing
to their LMS.
Solution:
A 30-minute web-based training that includes recorded video of customers
who “interact” with the learner in a branched simulation. Learners view the
customer on screen and – depending on their inputs – receive different
reactions from the customer, ranging from “satisfied and ready to purchase”
to “I guess I’ll go somewhere else”.
Uniquely PBD:
This “mini-branching” approach with pre-recorded video is the closest thing
to an in-class practice role play activity. We also used green screen for filming,
which saved on production costs.
