Problem:

A global apparel company needed to build awareness and acceptance
of their new Project Management Office (PMO) across the global enterprise.

Solution:

A three-minute explainer video offered a micro-learning solution that creatively applied
the metaphor of air traffic control to the process of managing multiple software projects.

Uniquely PBD:

A combination of custom illustrations with stock images allowed
us to create a simple explainer for the PMO’s complex role within the
global organization. Our client can send the video via email as an introduction,
and post it on their intranet.
